At the age of four her mother fled to the western border of Germany, in Aachen, with her other siblings to await word from her father on what they should do next. Which ended up being moving the entire family to Amsterdam the following year.
So to answer the question, "What happened to Anne Frank in 1933?"- probably the same types of things that happen to most other children at the age of three, she ate, played and grew taller. She was probably already toilet-trained by this time.
